Vikramaditya Vijay Chavan
With almost 10 years of experience, Vikramaditya specialises in the field of Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law and Commercial Litigation. He advises clients on the enforcement and protection of their IP rights and offers tailored support for a broad range of commercial disputes including cross-border disputes. Vikramaditya represents and advises production houses, artists, music labels, music composers, lyricists, e-commerce platforms as well as various companies in the next gen-technology, green energy and hospitality sectors.
Vikramaditya has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals nationwide crafting a robust dispute resolution strategies for our clients at Willow Legal. His experience also enables early identification of potential issues, helping to minimize risks or prepare for litigation in advance.
In addition to this, Vikramaditya has collaborated with leading in house legal teams and has successfully represented them in high stakes disputes. He also specialises in anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy actions and has successfully assisted in taking civil as well as criminal actions against such infringers including obtaining of John Doe orders (Injunctions against unknown defendants) as well as Dynamic Injunctions.
In his free time, Vikramaditya enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar.
